A SWIFT is a person of legal age (above 18 years old) who is registered into our system to render FREELANCE services to pick-up and deliver the goods to Safe & SWIFT customers, the SWIFT is paid for every delivery gig.
A SWIFT may walk, ride a bicycle / motorcycle / car / truck to perform the assigned task. A SWIFT should have a smartphone with internet access.

2.1 Download the Safe & Swift delivery App as shown in this video tutorial
2.2 Log-in within 48-hours after receiving temp password as in step 1
3.1 Within 48-hours after receiving your temporary password please attend the Safe&Swift 2-hour orientation.
3.2 In the orientation bring your smartphone with data or internet access and the On-fleet Driver App installed as shown in step 2.
3.3 NO SMARTPHONE, NO APP INSTALLED, NO data / internet ACCESS = NO ORIENTATION.

1. How can my business have ON-LINE presence and DELIVERY system?
You will give us your product list with Brand, Description, Size and Selling Price. You will also send us your product picture.
Our IT personnel will create an on-line store for your business in the Safe & Swift platform. Within 48-hours your customers can already start buying from your on-line store.
Your business will also have access to our delivery system.
2. Do I need IT infrastructure and IT personnel?
NO. A person that has a smartphone and knows how to use FB messenger is the minimum requirement.
3. What is the process flow?
3.1 The customer orders in your on-line store.
3.2 Safe & Swift Platform will send the purchase order to the merchants preferred messaging App ex. "FB messenger".
3.3 Your store upon receiving the purchase order will pack the ordered goods and then inform Safe & Swift operator that order is ready for pick-up.
3.4 Safe & Swift delivery personnel will arrived to PAY and PICK-UP the goods and deliver to the customer.
4. How is the on-line store inventory updated?
4.1 Using an easy to use App, the store will be able to up-date the product inventory, price and description.
5. How much does Safe & Swift charges for the e-commerce website development and support?
5.1.1.1 The merchants products are sold in the Safe&Swift on-line platform with a mark-up.
5.1.1.2 If the merchant controls the on-line platform selling price. Safe & Swift charges 5% from the product list price for on-line sales.
5.1.1.2.1 If the PURCHASE is Cash On Delivery, SAFE & SWIFT charges Php 100.00 / Php 2,000.00 worth of sales.

A KONSYERGO is a person of legal age (above 18 years old) who is registered into our system to render FREELANCE services to purchase goods for Safe & SWIFT, the KONSYERGO is paid for every concierge purchase gig.
A KONSYERGO will be forwarded a purchase order by our back-end dispatch operations and will purchase the goods from the specified merchant using his / her money. The KONSYERGO will bring the purchased goods to our on site purchaser will pay the total goods purchase price based on the receipt plus service fee of Php 50.00 per transaction.
A KONSYERGO should have a smartphone with internet access.
